Aaaaaand after a few more hours of work this is where I have ended up. The nuclear blast/mushroom cloud behind the kneeling demon may have to go. In that position I just dont think it is fully realized and is a bit more distracting then I like.
The Latin reads (from top to bottom): "The Plague of War" and "The Symphony of Destruction".
